Originally found in in tropical and subtropical lands of Asia, these green little pods keep it's internal flavor protected. Known to be a key ingredient in Indian dishes, Middle Eastern coffees & teas, and Scandinavian bakery. We source this from farmers in Tanzania where it's grown organically and not genetically modified.
